Do you have left to right side strength discrepancies?

I primarily designed The Powerloop to help lifters with scapular retraction on the bench, but it can be used for much more. This is some of the most positive feedback I’ve regarding it thus far, from Elitefts Teammate Anne Sheehan, describing how it promotes stabilization and can help prevent compensation issues and the potential for injury.   I had to share!  Thank you Anne!

Anne stated:

“In a lot of my videos you’ll see me using the Powerloop Created by my teammate Brian Schwab. This thing has become a real game changer for me with both my training and my clients. Over time, our bodies develop a lot of discrepancies from one side to the next. When there’s curvature in the spine it causes us to shift our ribs and that compromises our scap and shoulder area. One side is often stronger than the other. The Powerloop drastically improves stabilization that helps with and prevents further injuries. All of my clients and I are really grateful to have it. Thank you Powerloop, you ROCK!”
