If you are like me, you like training a lot more than you do "recovering". As a father, husband, and business owner I tend to find myself with less and less time to devote to "recovery" and "mobility" no matter what kid half my age tries to tell me that I do actually have the time.
I'll be right back, my son needs me to get him in the shower, read him a book, and get him to bed after a tall glass of milk. I'll check, but I don't think that there are any foam rollers or mobility activities that I can easily do while reading bedtime stories and getting my son TO SLEEP.
You know what I CAN DO almost all the doggone time? I can wrap an E-Stim Machine to whatever hurts and needs a little extra Tender Loving Care and go about my day. So the person asking me if they have a place in your every day program...here is my answer!
