We are atypically, symmetrical beings that are typically asymmetrical! Lol. . . Using slow eccentrics and hard contractions at different portions of the movement can help to identify areas we can be better, be stronger, or be more aware of. My left scapula continues to be stubborn due to nerve compression, but visually identifying it and building mind muscle connection, or even simply attempting to do so will benefit me, and likely you, in the long run. Finding contraction, even when not going through ROM will often help to focus on it during the actual movement. @scottmiller5 , myself, and @parkmerez all have at one point yelled "find your 'muscle x'!" Find your left glute, find your left lat, find your belt, find whatever. If you seek it out, you will find it, and if you find it you can focus on it. Mind muscle connection is not just for bodybuilders! . . .
