A couple weeks ago I was sitting down explaining my log press and deadlift training planning to a client on video and I ended up cutting out a large section and sending it to several clients, trying to explain WHY we are doing what we are doing. This allows them to understand what they are doing in the gym and normally they train with more of a PURPOSE. Having a PURPOSE on every set normally means that they get a better feel of what they SHOULD be doing. Should the set be hard, easy, muscle building, pumping, grinding, for speed, therapy, etc? If they have an understand of the PURPOSE then they SHOULD be doing things a little more correctly.
So here it is...me explaining recovery lines, core lifts, accessories, and their weekly programming.
