I knew it was coming but was trying to just not think about it...

My wife was going to Croatia for 5+ days and it was going to be just me and the boys for a few days. How was I supposed to manage training? An 8 year old...no problem! Just piggyback his iPad off of my phone and bring the charger but add in a 9 week old?

So Wednesday I was sick and unable to get to the gym as normal so Thursday my wife was gone and I had 2 boys and felt like training. So I loaded up the car and guess what?
