Today out lifters hit some upper body high volume work. Bench press, DB mil press, DB low rows, BB low rows, curls and abs finished up the week for the squad.
I hit some incline BB presses with more weight than last time I hit them. I was spent after these as I barely slept last night. I went back later in the day and snuck in some narrow grip pull ups and went by feel. By feel I mean wanted to see if my chest would hold up and not rip apart. All was good I can start adding pull ups into my training.
Busy week I am spent sitting here fri eve. One class tomorrow then a lot of rest eating and napping this sat and sun.
