Today our lifters finished up their work week with some upper body movements. Some of our lifter have some past injuries popping up and took it a little lighter. Smart move don't want to hurt or set yourself back any. We start up next week wave number 2 this Monday. After that we will set up two meets for the crew to do one in oct and one in November. Looking forward to getting rolling.
I looked at my calander and it's nuts this fall. Have a lot of places to go and teach and learn from some of the best. Will keep everyone posted. Ready to get some good food and hang this sat with the squad.
