Today our Powerlifitng squad wrapped up the week with some Pin presses at a different height than last week for doubles as their main lift. After that they did an array of upper body movements to compliment their training session.
I attempted to do strict box squat. Got stuck on my last set which was lighter than my previous time doing these by 20lbs. Being overly tired and end of the week shit caught up to me. Will come back Monday with some upper body. Have a busy weekend with two kids bday parties and work. Ready for some rest and relaxation as well hopefully.
The meet is just 4 weeks away oct 22nd. Looking forward to it. This will be the first non SPF meet we have held since opening in 2008.
