Today our Powerlifitng Squad hit a heavy 1RM for the bench press. After that they went up to a planned 2nd or a tad more attempt to a 2 board. After that they hit some rolling tricep ext, rows, curls, med ball push ups lower reps just to finish the week up good. Can't wait till the meet next sat oct 22nd.
I did some heavy bench presses today. Followed this up with some low rows, push ups and ab machine. We are leaving around 1pm to head to wisconsins. It is an easy trip even with two kids lol.
