Hack squat to warm up , work sets 4 plates , medium stance 3x5, Close stance with pause 3x3. So, wide ,close, wide, close
Deadlifts several sets of 2 with close and some sumo.
Occlusion hack squats 3x20 with 30 secs rest per set.
