Today our Powerlifitng squad finished up the week hitting heavy triples on the bench. Afternoon that they hit some db's bench, heavy shrugs, chest supported rows, abs and a couple other movments that don't work and won't get you stronger. I hope you sense my sarcasm.
As far as for myself i hit some heavy upper body. Again my weight I did was more than most lifters in the area despite me being sick and being in a diff division than most=masters heart transplant list open.
I like to vent some on this blog that nobody reads but if I say what I truely feel feeling some get hurt and a handful of people get upset and get butt hurt. Trying not to get into too much depth on the subject. Wish everyone nothing but the best and look forward to what I have going on at TTF.
