Today we are in Columbus Ohio for the XPC Powerlifting Championships at the Arnold Classic. We have (4) lifters competing sat in the AM group. Kristin, marivon, Stephanie, and Aaron all are weighed in and ready to roll. We are going to meet up at Teds Montana grill and grab an early dinner. Bobby Betts and his crew are meeting us. Look forward to watching Tory his 275lb multi ply lifter hit it Tomorow. Tory is set to hit a huge total.
The other group not at the Arnold hit some heavy upper body. BB incline was the main lift along with a lot of upper body movments to compliment the lift. I didn't have time to lift today as we traveled all day. Look forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some people as well.
