Today our powerlifters hit some speed squats against bands using the safety squat bat. After that was BB shrugs, leg curls, then heavy abs on one of the machines. The safety squat bar for most is a lot tougher than a normal bar. Always trying to make stuff tougher so when it's time to roll it is easy.
I hit some abs, curls and rice digs as part of my off day. Nothing major to report. Weight is stuck around 262-265. Really would like to get to 285 before next surgery.
