Treadmill 6min.  3.2MPH 5min.  3.5one min.

Belt Box squats 3x5. 70lbs total.

Single leg curls 3x5.  No plates

Ab PullDown Machine.  3x10. 8/9/10

Felt good today.  Got to work early.  Took my time.  Cold brew helped again for energy.  Biopsy’s have been looking great from what Dr’s have been telling me. Hopeful I can get vaccinated and get out more socially soon. Plan on coming into work early tomorrow so I can do the Jacob’s ladder with no mask on. Makes it so much easier w/out a mask. Body weight is 250lbs.

Saturday’s I only have one class 9-10am.  I push the hell out of the class.  It is only conditioning, sprints, Ab work etc.  We hit Aerobic and anaerobic depending on the day and class size.  No weights are touched as the workweek is ALOT of lifting.
