Today our lifters hit their last high rep week (main movement) until after the meet July 8th. BB bench, decline press, and some back movements were on the menu. We are having one more 225lb test at the end of the workout. Should be fun. Wanted to wish Nova a happy bday. Nova is coming back strong with the crew and now will rep the masters division. Look for him to get around 2150-2200 in single ply in July.
I did a few things before class nothing major just enough to try to keep some weight on and gain some muscle. My dr told me the "no strain" rule which make lifting a lot of FUn lol
