Today our Powerlifting Squad finished up the week with some upper body work.  All sets/reps were at 5x6.  Bench press, incline, military, low row, and a few other upper body based movements were done today.  Great way to finish the 3 weeks and get ready for next week.  We will work on a lot of specialty bars with bans or chains the next few week.

As far as for myself I hit some safety bar box squat then followed up with some leg presses.  Nothing much just a couple things.  The squats really wear me out but in my mind are necessary.

Looking forward to sat and celebrating my fathers 70th bday.  I would of never thought he would have lived this long early in my life by the amount of drinking and smoking he did.  It is a blessing to still have him around and for my kids to know him.
