Today was our last heavy bench press for our Powerlifitng squad.  They went up to a ma PR.  After that volume work.  They hit rolling tricep extension, rows, curls, and med ball push ups.  All had a great week, looking forward to having this first IPA meet at the gym out 22nd.

As far as for myself I snuck in some deadlifts.  Nothing much but all felt good.  Did only singles as reps get me to dizzy with the motion.  I followed up with abs and then had classes and 1-1's rest of the day.
