Had a plan to train and people started coming in.  I actually got to catch up with a former football player who's off to AIT at the end of March and Ranger School after that.  So that was awesome.  That left me with exactly 60 minutes until my soccer group had to start.  I hammered this one out.

  • Bench Work 155x5, 175x5, 195x10
  • Pull-ups 5x8
  • Bench FSL 5x8@155
  • Hammer Rows 2x20
  • Side Raises 2x25

I wanted to get back to split squats, but the knee wasn't feeling stable.  Tried GHR and it didn't feel "right".  Next week I'll try again.

Feeling like I'm getting in better and better shape.  I'm not losing muscle mass, but with all the bodyweight work I don't feel big.  Weighed in at 274lbs today, so I am, but I don't feel it.  That's ok.  I'm getting done what I set out to do.
