I trained right after football practice this morning around 8am.  I always have better training sessions when I train early.  You'd think I'd use this information to my advantage?

  • FBB Bench: 5x5295/115x5/135x1
  • Pull-ups: 6x3
  • Press FSL: 10x5@65 w/a little leg drive - takes 90% of the pain away.
  • KB Squat: 3x10 w/70
  • KB Swing: 3x10 w/70
  • Other Stuff
  • External Rotations: 100
  • Pull-aparts: 50
  • Trap Bar Shrugs: 2x50
