I don't remember exactly what I did and I don't feel like looking at my training log (notebook) to check, but you'll get the idea.

  • Trap Bar: 300x11
  • FBB Incline: 145x5/125x7
  • Pull-ups: 2 sets of 5x3
  • Push-up (elevated) 2 sets
  • Karwoski Rows: 2 sets
  • Neck: 50
  • Weighted Vest Walk: 1 mile

The Incline bothered my shoulder so I think I'm going to drop it.
