I don't remember exactly what I did and I don't feel like looking at my training log (notebook) to check, but you'll get the idea.
- Trap Bar: 300x11
- FBB Incline: 145x5/125x7
- Pull-ups: 2 sets of 5x3
- Push-up (elevated) 2 sets
- Karwoski Rows: 2 sets
- Neck: 50
- Weighted Vest Walk: 1 mile
The Incline bothered my shoulder so I think I'm going to drop it.
