My third day this week was an FSL day.

  • SSB Box Squat FSL: 10x5@180
  • Push-ups: 10x5
  • Hammer Row: 5x10

I did some raises and curls to finish the day.  Nothing exceptional about this one other than I'm continuing to feel better.

I wish the AT wasn't on vacation.  I could use 1-2 more massages to finish up the knots.  I've been very good (which is surprising) with rolling or laying on a tennis ball.  I've gotten pretty good at finding the knots.  Over break I'll have to stay on this to stay ahead of it cranking back up.
