I went to Lexington to train with a buddy of mine. This was my first time in a commercial gym in almost a decade. It was awful. The gym used to be a place where people went to train and work. Now it's a social event. So sad.

I kept it really simple because of all the nonsense. I played around with some Shrugs, KB Rows and Back Extensions. I got done what I needed to.
