This was a good week. I did the first two workouts when I got back from Arkansas last week and repeated them Monday and Wednesday. That took care of the soreness for this week.
I'm doing a lot of Hurdle-unders and RFE Stretches to keep my hips and back feeling good. I probably nee to add in some shoulder stuff, as well. But, I'm enjoying this and I feel pretty focused when it comes time to train.
