Right now I have a long list of athletes who have moved their gym into their homes, just like me, curing the COVID situation. Many of them have loved it so much that they have decided to keep training at home instead of going back to their local commercial gym. Honestly, the only thing that THEY don't have at their local commercial gym is the ability to easily do accessory exercises. Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overheads. Good mornings, board presses, they have a GHR and can do lat pull downs with bands. But there is a host of things that they have not figured out how to do with what they have... I sat down several weeks ago and started shooting private videos for my clients to give them ideas of things that they could do to build their squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, etc...with things that they all have at home.

Programming it takes some intelligence...but the exercises are here!
