I didn't open a computer on vacation and it was wonderful!  I trained 4 times at a Crossfit gym.  The owner was really cool.  I called him and asked if I could get a workout in on my own.  He said they were only open for groups, but to come on in.  So, I did my thing while they ran classes.  Of the four Crossfit gyms I called, he was the only guy that didn't have the Crossfit ego and let me do my thing.

I did the basics.  Squatted 2xs, Benched 4x (only had straight bars, so no overhead or incline work with my shoulder issues), Pulled 2x and did a butt ton of Pull-ups.

I watched a lot of football and actually gained a few lbs.  The weather was bad for about 5 days (lots of rain) so I wasn't as active as I usually am.  No big deal.

Now, I'm back in the swing of things getting ready for the semester.  A few more days of relaxation and the kids get back and it's back to work for real!  The way the schedule works out, it'll have been 8 weeks since I've had an organized group in the weight room.  I definitely got to decompress and I'm ready to go.
