When looking to improve shoulder health thoracic extension is something you must look at improving. In order to do this, you have to incorporate exercises that progress from bodyweight to load-bearing, and eventually, exercise's incorporated into your actual program.
Great stuff Tony. I like the progressions. I have terrible t-spine and lumbar issues so I have to be very careful, but restoring even a little mobility has gone a long way with relieving some pain. You mentioned rotation. I have not ventured there yet. It would be great if you could post some t-spine rotation progressions as well. Thanks.
