First week of having Anto here in town was fun, exciting, crazy, busy and wonderful. We threw him in right away at the gym with clients and coaching the powerlifting team. Which the guys and girls on the team are CRUSHING it.

We've got half the team peaking for a meet at the end of July and the other half doing a GPP phase. Good start so far and the guys should hit some big numbers!

Christian has been adjusting to life as a parental figure just fine.  As you can see here....

While in Target the other day, the kids were goofing around, not paying attention to the fact that Christian and I turned the corner.  "I like to purposely walk away sometimes to make them think they lost me."  We laughed, and as the kids found us, Hannah said, "We thought we lost you!"

Christian says, "Guess I need to work on my hiding skills."  Yeah, I think he'll parent an 11 year old and 9 year old just fine.

I'll admit that it's a big adjustment for me.  For the past 8 months, every time Christian and I have spent time together, it's mostly just he and I. I've admittedly been spoiled.  Now, the kids love spending time with him, which I LOVE, it's just different.  Being together every day is wonderful and I wouldn't change a thing.  He stays til the kids go to bed before heading back to his place at night and he comes over first thing in the morning.  He's been helpful, respectful and loving to us all. <3

Friday
A1. SSB Box squat - 5 sec negative - 3x4 @ 175
A2. Med ball drop split hold - 3x3
A3. Kneeling skater hop and hold - 3x2 each
A4. Band assisted skater hops - 3x 15 yards
B. Single leg RDL using chest supported row - 3x10 each
C. Single leg leg press - 3x8
D. DB glute bridge - 3x12
E. Planks - 3x1 minute

Saturday
A1. Shoulder saver bench - 5 second negative - 3x4 @ 115
A2. Falling pushup hold - 3x3
A3. DB Box jump - 3x2
A4. Band assisted pushups - 3x3
B. Single arm lat pulldown - 3x8
C. Laterals with opposite hold - 3x8
D. Bentover rows - 3x8
E. Single arm OH Press - 3x10
F. KB Overhead carries - 3 trips
