We had a great week with our Powerlifting Squad.

Mon the crew did heavy band tension speed deads for a few sets and followed up with some lower body movements.

Tues they hit some upper body rep work with some elitefts shoulder saver being the first movement.  After that some upper back and triceps were done.

Wed we always take off to rest the body from the two days of working.

Thurs was a heavy box squat with the cambered bar.  The bar we have is in/house made and very tough.  It weighs 72lbs dry.  We hit heavy doubles then moved onto some secondary movements to complement the lower body training session.

Friday was a great day.  I walked in and saw 5 guys in Bench shirts getting after it along with a few raw guys hitting it hard.  Everyone had a great session and looks primed towards the meet July 8th.  The atmosphere was awesome is great to see these groups forming as a team and busting their asses off.

The workeeek for me was busy to say the least.  Juggling all my current groups/teams/classes plus I added for the week mon-fri a 1-1 about 40min away from the gym ate a lot of time up.  I just finished my class this morn and am now done for the day.  Def ready to get some rest from this week.

My training sucks lately basically consists of cleaning the gym for cardio and lifting weights I'm still on the o strain rule which eliminates a lot.

Got some cool additions to the gym coming these next few weeks.  Owning a gym you are always trying to better it to keep it the best.
