I have roughly 2.5 weeks left before I film the training footage and someone asked me if I was "ripped" like I would be for a show.  Uh, no.  That was not my intention, at all, so I hope I have not mislead anyone.  The plan was to get very lean (of which I did) but not necessarily show ready, and after I got that lean I was emaciated and hated my look so I changed gears and increased calories slowly and started filling out and actually growing.

I also had someone ask me why I was training so hard if I wasn't bodybuilding anymore?  What??  I am always going to bodybuild and I continue working hard because I still want to see changes and I want to continue to figure out how to best grow and maintain condition while on TRT.  This is no easy task - trust me.  It is quite different than what I have done for a very long time.  Dieting is harder and growing is harder but I have been slowly figuring it out over the last 2 years and I am very happy with where I am at this point.

I have not noted my weight for quite a while - basically since stopping the massive cut I was doing when I hit 196.  I said I was emaciated and my progress so far shows that because I am a consistent 210 ish right now and MUCH fuller and MUCH stronger with good energy and I generally just feel really good.  I may drop down a few more pounds but it won't be much because this is the condition that I want, the size that I want and I can train hard at this caloric intake.  I likely will be hanging out here as it seems relatively easy to maintain.  If I drop too much I am going to quickly flatten out, lose strength and size and feel like shit.

My knees are absolutely pain free in only 2 weeks.  I should have known better but even the veterans to this game sometimes lose sight of things and forget or don't think something is important enough to take care of until pain reminds you otherwise.  I had to reorder my Boswellia Extract and within one week of taking it my knees were obviously getting better.  I trained legs twice this week and both times I could squat again and do a leg extension without any issues.  I will never run out of this stuff again and I strongly encourage you to use it if you have any joint pain that could be from "itis" issues.

I am done with chicken.  If I eat another dry chicken breast I am going to hurl.  I have switched to eggs and either a little tiny bit of chicken in the eggs or no chicken, at all.  I just cannot stomach it right now.  I am even considering fish or scallops for a change of pace.

No changes to my MK or Carnitine/SCGS compound - basically nothing has changed.  Just gonna ride out the same protocol through the filming for the training.

I did only load for 1 full day this last week and will load for 2 this weekend and compare results.

I plan to have a great weekend and I hope all of you have a great July 4th weekend!
