Light activations with long ab strap pulldowns. 5 rounds

-Reverse Hyper 4 prior and 2 post training

-Belt Squat 6x10 Medium wide

-Double KB deads ladder with Two hand swings with 88lb. deads 5 to 10 reps, T H swings 10 to 35 reps going up by 5 each rounds

-15 mins stepmill

-Planks, bird dogs and activations

-Reverse Hypers 5x12

-Tsunami bar presses two plates 5x10, dropped to plate and half then one plate for some high rep

-Band face pulls a few

-Fat Bell tea cup presses. Several

-Fat Bell flyes with presses for high rep sets.

-Rows with bells Lots

Bells for hammer curls. These jack me up everytime but they are still fun shit to do and gauk at your self. My arms and calves stay veiny and that is the only parts that are veiny by the way so I look leaner then I am.  Old guys still have to have something to train for. Mine is jacked arm and calf veins.
