SS Yoke Bar Squat
worked up to 602 x 1, Briefs and Wraps, PR
Bench Press
225 x 18, recent PR
Finished off with a crap ton of JM Presses with little/no weight
Then went hard into GHR's, ABS, and Machine Rows for rehab.
