I competed in NPC Junior Nationals on June 12-13, 2015. I came in with a much bigger and leaner package than years past. Since July we have slowly transitioned from a bodybuilding split to more of a powerlifting/strength focus, while still hitting lots of volume to build mass. Scott Paltos has been doing my programming since March. We've added quite a bit of muscle and are continuing to work some technical things with my raw lifts. Raw meet in May 7th!!!

Last week's training went really well. Starting to hit the cruise mode, but had my last heavy bench day on Monday. Body weight has been holding steady between 133-135 last few weeks. So I'm going to make sure I stay there for the rest of the week.  Making 132 will be easy so I'm not going to cut food or carbs.

Been pretty tired lately despite getting to bed on time. I think training is catching up to me, the stress of working more now and bouncing around clients, baseball/softball, etc.  I *may* have napped twice on Sunday.  Strong possibility there.
