Today our Powerlifting Squad starts their off season programming.  This is nothing more than a fancy way of saying high reps till you die. They hit front squats, rack pulls, lunges, and a few other movements for high reps and short rest.  Everyone hates life as of now.

Kyle hit heavy triples on squats as he gets ready for the boss of bosses in August.  He hit some other movements as well lower body based.  He is on track for a monster total at 275lbs weighing around 265.

I hit some hatfield squats as was amazed how easy they felt with the weight I had on the bar no issues.  I hit a couple oh her things after.  All felt good.
