Today our powerlifting squad hit some mobility work and then their lower body training session.  Front squats, rack pulls, lunges and the trend sled was all part of getting better today.  Everyone hated it and worked their asses off.  I challenge my squad all the time and these last few weeks have been no diff.  Love the direction we are going compared to where we were a year ago with distractions.

As far as for myself I hit some good mornings and a couple other lower body movements.  Same story all lifts that I squat down or move down then up I get very dizzy and it is challenging.  Meeting with the heart care group tomorrow with some hopefully good news.
