Today our Powerlifting Squad hit some mobility work then speed squats, KB swings, DB step ups, and led pushes.  We started using bands this week on some main lifts.  We have three weeks of bands and diff movements then we start getting ready for some of the crew to do the oct 22nd meet.

We all met out over the weekend and had a great time.  Was a great team event.  This is the direction we need our team going in.  No distractions or selfishness around anymore.

AS far as for myself I hit some cambered bar squats.  Hit a decent weight then headed to do some leg presses for reps all felt OK.
