Today our lifters started their test/meet week prep. Today they pulled have for 5 reps. After that some glute/ham raises and a couple other lower body movements were included as well. I have about 5-8 lifting in he meet from our team. Also have a couple of my clients interested in lifting as well should be cool to watch a couple of them.
I hit some incline presses then ran out of time due to class. I am heading back in to do some wide grip pulldowns and curls before my next class to make it up.
