Today our lifters started the next three weeks with some lower body based movements.  Speed squats, hypers w/pauses, heavy step ups, leg curls and some conditioning were all performed.  Great to see everyone busting their butt day in and day out.  We have a great group of dedicated lifters with us now.

I hit some bench press today.  Went up to a certain weight and also threw on my Metal Sling and hit a weight.  Both felt good.  It is taking a lot of time and patience but slowly getting better.  Just trying to build as much as I can safely before I get cut open again and fixed.

I have a busy week this week with work and 1-1's but busy is good in my industry.  Look forward to seeing my old teammate and now current head strength and conditioning coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks play in Columbia mo this fri.  The game is at a weird day time but should give us some time to catch up
