Today our Powerlifitng squad hit their mobility work then onto speed squats against bands. We used more band tension and bar weight than we did last week. After that they hit some hyper extension holds with some weight on their back with a pause every rep. Heavy step ups, leg curls and abs finished up the lower body based training session.
I got after some upper body today. I hit some bench press then messed with my metal sling for some thing heavier in my hands. After that some back was done with wide grip pulldowns. Feeling ok just going very slow and steady trying to get some muscle back on my depleted body.
