Today our powerlifting squad hit their mobility work then headed to speed squats against bands for 6x2. This week is their heaviest on weight and band tension of the three week wave. Afterwards they hit some heavy kettle bells, step ups, and conditioning.
Kyle (one of our top lifters 275lbs) took last week off after he BOB meet in Cali. Look forward to seeing him respond to taking some rest last week and hitting some volume this week. He will jump in with the team next mon.
As far as for me I hit some box squats. The weight wa decent and getting heavier every session. Biggest issue is as always is the dizziness due to the meds.
