Today our powerlifting squad hit a lower body based training session.   They hit their mobility work and we added foam or pvc pipe rolling as well.  After that they hit their comp style set up free squat at a percentage for 8's.  Following that they hit deficit deads at a % for reps.  Pistol squats, glute ham raises, heavy abs and conditioning were done.  The conditioning was optional.

As far as for myself I hit some sitting DB mil presses and band pull aparts.  The weight on DB mils were good and would beat most average non-3 open heart surgery/heart transplant lifters lol.  Plan on hitting one or two more movments between classes this eve.

Had a great weekend.  Got a lot done and a lot of rest.  Look forward to the week and getting better......
