Excited to see what this new year holds for TTF and our Powerlifitng squad. We start training today for the Arnold and our in house IPA meet in march/April.
Today our Powerlifitng squad hit some great mobility work and went into the lift. Safety squat bar box squats for reps were done. The box squat is the best way to teach the proper form (regardless of what others think/comment). Higher reps are being done all week. After this we hit some narrow stance front squats, DB RDL's, some static Holden for the mid-section then some heavy ab pulls finished up the day.
I took the day off again. Hate to do this but today was the last day of my meds and I was swamped. Plan on lifting tues/wed/fri his week.
