Today our Powerlifitng squad hit their mobility work (hurdle under/over), TKE's, roll-overs into V stretch.  After that they headed to hit some rack pulls (plate 6-8inches off floor), cambered bar good morn, leg curls, decline sit-up variations, and some conditioning Via lunges.  Looking forward to seeing everyone getting after it today.  Kristin had a big safety bar squat in a shitty atmosphere (no spots, no body else lifting etc) still hit 400lbs x 2.  She did this after having to re rack as the bar got caught.

I plan on hitting some squats today along with some leg presses and lunges.  Will hit some abs between classes later in the day.  This morn class went good we are back to front squats and by the faces I got showed me how much my clients enjoy front squats for 15 reps.

We are all set for the IPA State Meet April 8th at the facility.  We have already had people calling about it.  Some of the crew will be doing this meet instead of the Arnold Classic in march.
