Today our Powerlifitng Squad hit their prescribed mobility/warm up drills then headed to deadlifts. They worked up to their first and second attempt from the floor. After that they hit some glute ham raises, heavy ab pulldowns and some sled pushes. Everyone is looking great . One of our lifters Cody is dealing with lack of sleep and lifting after work at 6am. His numbers are down some due to these issues. We have three great group rolling daily which is great to see.
I hit some belt squats and hamstrings on the machine. Feels good to do something even if it is minimal.
The IPA state meet is just a few more weeks away look forward to seeing everyone competing and pushing themselves to the limit.
