Today put Powerlifitng Squad hit heavy deads from the floor for triples.  They tried to set a PR for 3.  After that BB shrugs, glute ham raises, abs and pull-thrus.  We had some good intensity today with Kyle Ryan and Aaron.

I hit some ass to grass free squats for triples.  Nothing to brag about but felt good not too dizzy. Ran out of time will hit some walking lunges with minimal weight or just BW.  Will hit some abs as well.  Feeling ok today from a lot of rest this sat and sun.
