I had to come in early for a punishment run so I got it in early.  Felt good to be done for the day.

  • Hammer Rows 2x20

Short, sweet, awesome.

I'm starting to get into good shape.  I feel great, things only hurt when I'm stupid or it's cold and damp.  Progress.

I'm getting to the point where I'm going to do one of these workouts as a challenge to see how quickly I can get it done.  This may happen today.  I know it's an off day, but I'm feeling the flow, doing the bull dance.  Workin' it.
