I spent Sunday doing my thing, as usual.  I bought a red dot sight for my AR and set out to zero it.  I did just that, but I don't like the sight.  The crosshairs aren't in a set position, like with a scope.  So, if you don't put your cheek in the same place each time it seems like the sight is off.  So, back to the iron sights.

The work today was at an easy pace.  I had a football group (5 guys) in and I usually train when they do.

  • GHR 2x10
  • FBB Press Work 110x5, 130x5, 150x5, 5x8@110
  • Pull-ups 5x5
  • Hammer Rows 2x25

Again, short and sweet.  Making progress and feeling good.  I can't emphasis how good my body feels.  My lat is still tight and I used the underhand grip for pull-ups, but I was able to do them.  Knees feel good.  Switched from Olympic shoes to Sambas and I the issue disappeared.  Shoulder feels great.  Even with all the pressing it doesn't bother me at all.  Hip is great.  I need to get an x-ray to check on things, but it's feeling great.  My neck has been feeling good when I don't do side raises or anything like that.  I really want to complain, but I can't.
