I know it's cliché, but I got another good one in today.  It was excellently mediocre.

  • SSB Box Squat Warm-up Barx5, 155x5, 205x5
  • Pull-aparts 2x25
  • Ab Rollouts 3x10
  • SSB Box Squat 255x5, 285x5, 315x5, 5x5@255
  • Pull-ups 4x5
  • Push-ups 4x20

The only thing I'm really noticing is that my conditioning isn't as good as I thought.  I think I've been too mediocre with my pace.  I'm going to start putting a clock on myself.  When I knew that was on I stayed on task better.
