This is the last week of this cycle.  I spoke with Jim and I have my next 1-2 cycles all set.  It'll depend on how my body can handle the work.

  • GHR Sit-ups 3x10
  • SSB Box Squat 285x5/315x5/345x5/5x5@285
  • Pull-ups 5x8
  • Push-ups 5x20

This wrecked me.  I kept forgetting to refill my heart meds.  Being off it for about 10 days got me feeling like I had great energy/wind during training.  Well, that was a rude awakening.  I forgot how much those pills slow down the ticker.  I was gasping for air all day.

Once I finish this week up I'll outline my next cycle.  It's nothing fancy, just more work that should kill me.  It should also pack a little size on me if I eat well.  Not much changes so I'm going to focus on getting in three good meals a day and see what I can do.  As of right now I'm wildly consistent with two meals per day, no pre-workout concoction beyond a Monster, absolutely no post-workout shakes and no other protein shakes throughout the day.  Seems to be working just fine.  But, with the massive increase in volume a few extra meals per week should be something I focus on to keep me feeling good.
