I took advantage of a miscommunication today and got my lift in at 6am.  I would've rather been in bed, but no reason to waste my time.

  • Bench: 75/95/105/115/125x5
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • BBB: 5x10@105
  • Hammer: 5x10
  • 30 minute weighted vest walk in the rain

I've been on a much better routine of conditioning (vest walks or stadiums) for the last week and I can feel the benefits.

The walk today was a productive mentally.  I had a few conversations with myself.  I figured out that I'm not very happy right now.  I'm not finding joy in the things that usually inspire me.  I would guess we all go through this at times?  I took the time to think about and try to nail down what's bothering me.  The next step is to remedy the issues.  Some are work, some are personal.  But, I figure identifying them and attacking them is the best way to get over them.  So, I made a list.  Too much information, I'm sure.  But, I really can't be the only one that deals with this stuff, right?
