I was feeling really good today?

  • FBB Bench: 65/85/105/2x5@125x5
  • Hammer Row: 5x20
  • 2 Set Circuit
  • Push-ups x10/GHR x10/Pull-ups x5/DB Squat x10
  • Neck x20/Curls x15/Pushdowns x25

Really good day.  Did some shoulder rehab - scapular retraction work - pre-lift.  I think I like that better than the rotator cuff work I had been doing.  So, I'll end up doing both.  Scap work pre-lift and rotator work post-lift in the training room.

I'm not very good at setting concrete goals.  I'm trying to come up with some ideas that will keep me focused and provide the results I'm looking for.  I'm going to put more thought into this before I write about it.

For now, I'll finish my cycle, enjoy NOV 2018 and get through winter break.  I'm looking forward to seeing what I've done and how I "test" at Wendler's and then continuing it through next year.
